If you have any issues while using the Senit App, you can send a report to our team who will have the issue resolved as soon as possible. To make a report, follow the steps below.
- Select the Account module from the footer menu
- Scroll down and select Report an Issue in the Help & Support section of the menu
- Select the subject of your issue from the drop down menu
- Explain your issue in the space provided.
- Rate your issue where indicated, and press Send
Your message has now been shared with the Senit Support Team, and we will reach out to you if additional information is needed to resolve the issue
